Looks like the photos! Directly across from the water, you can hear the ocean from the room and so easily walkable to all parts of Eastbourne, including the bus stops. The area and the flat was safe and comfortable, if given the chance to return we absolutely will.

Lovely apartment very clean, cosy, & great views, everything we needed was there including towels and tea towels. Perfect location, easy walk into town or, walk along the seafront to Beachy Head one way or the Marina the other. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
