You’ll find us directly opposite the beach, just steps from the promenade. We’re also within easy walking distance of the pier, theatres and Eastbourne’s main attractions.
Directions
By Car
Royal Parade is easy to reach from the A259 and A27. For sat nav, use BN22. As you approach the seafront, look for the wide open beach - Beachside is directly opposite.
By Train or Coach
If you are arriving by train or coach, Beachside is approximately a 20‑minute walk from Eastbourne Station. Head through the town centre along Terminus Road and turn left when you reach the seafront. A short walk along the promenade will bring you to the Glass House restaurant - Beachside is directly opposite.
Alternatively, taxis are available outside Eastbourne Station. The fare to Beachside should be no more than £7.
By Bus
Local buses run regularly between Eastbourne Station, the town centre and Royal Parade. Services are frequent and stop within a short walk of Beachside.
Parking
All the roads surrounding Beachside on Royal Parade - apart from the seafront itself - offer free and unrestricted parking. We safely use these every day ourselves and recommend Halton Road, Cambridge Road and Rylestone Road.
During busier summer months Latymer and Hanover Roads are also good options.
There is also a public car park at Treasure Island, less than three‑minutes walk away.
Arrival Information
Check‑in is between 4pm and 8pm unless arranged in advance. If you arrive early, we can safely store your bags until the apartment is ready.
If you expect to arrive after 8pm, or prefer self check‑in, just let us know beforehand and we can provide you with our key‑safe code.
