Beachside - Apartment 1 - Eastbourne Holiday Rentals

Our holiday rentals are located on the seafront and offer some of the best self-catering accommodation in Eastbourne. Apartment 1 is a ground floor studio apartment, with high ceilings, original cornicing and a Victorian stained-glass window that bathes the spacious living area with colourful light. There is also a large ensuite walk-in shower and a huge super king size bed, which can be split into two full size singles if needed.

Weekly Cost for Apartment 1

October to April: £260 - £300

May to September: £325 - £390

Please note from June to September we can only accept weekly reservations that start and end on a Saturday.

Shorter breaks - minimum 3 nights - can be booked to start on any day of the week, and are available from the beginning of October until the end of May.

Long Stay Discounts

The cost per night is always cheaper when you reserve one of our Eastbourne holiday rentals for seven days or more. We also offer generous 'longer stay' discounts. First Floor, Rear Facing Apartment

Unlike the other apartments at our beach front guest house, Apartment 2 has a double bedroom and the choice of having an extra single bed in the main room. Located at the rear of the building, it is the quietest of our Eastbourne apartments and perfect for those looking for a peaceful seaside break.

Apartment 3
First Floor, Sea View With Balcony

Our Eastbourne accommodation is perfect for self-catering breaks and Apartment 3 offers guests amazing sea views. The kitchen diner has a balcony where you can sit and have breakfast overlooking the beach, and the elegant sitting room, with its high ceiling and large bay window, is the perfect place to relax and unwind.

One of the most popular apartments in our Eastbourne guest house, Apartment 5 offers panoramic views of the sea and East Sussex coastline. With a modern sitting room, well-equipped kitchen and an ensuite shower-room, guests have the choice of either a king size or twin beds.
